Raising a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact our Grievance Redressal Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it within the timelines set out in our grievance redressal policy.
For complaints about a loan, you may also contact the lending partner directly. If a complaint against a regulated entity is not resolved within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the response, you may approach the RBI under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in.
